Mr. Metzler offers private instruction to students of all ages and ability levels. No matter if you are a beginner or a student looking to get ready for college or maybe even an adult comeback player then you have come to the right place. Lessons are taught from Mr. Metzler's office located in Mars Hill, about 20 minutes south of Presque Isle.

To receive the most benefit from your lessons it is suggested to have 1 hour lessons once per week. If this is a problem just contact Mr. Metzler and a productive solution can be worked out. If you are thinking about lessons the only requirement is that you will put in the time required to advance on te trumpet by practicing all the assigned material. Private Instruction costs money and time so if you are not willing to put in the outside work needed then it is just going to be a waste of both time and money. Mr. Metzler's goal is for you to become a well-rounded musician

If you wish to take lessons the cost is $20/hour.  If you have a student that is highly dedicated to improving on the trumpet and money is an issue please use the contact form. If a student is that dedicated but without the financial means a solution can be found so they can still receive instruction.

Lessons will cover a wide range of topics. It is Mr. Metzler's goal to help you become a well rounded musician on the trumpet which means you need to develop many different skills, all of which will be worked on in lessons.
