As a performer Mr. Metzler has been highly active within the communities he resides. In college Mr. Metzler participated in a number of groups covering the styles of orchestral, brass ensembles, symphonic, and pep band/marching. During his time at the University of Maine Mr. Metzler also perofrmed with the Queen City Big Band which plays a number of shows around the Bangor/Brewer area.

In NY Mr. Metzler was principle trumpet with the Livingston Philharmonic Orchestra and played 1st trumpet with the Honeoye-Fall Community Concert Band and the Honeoye Community Band. He has also been a featured soloist with a number of community groups and is an active wedding performer. 

Currently you can hear Mr. Metzler playing with the University of Maine Presque Isle Community Band and the Northern Maine Chamber Society. If you are seeking a trumpet player for your wedding, special event, to play with your group, to be a featured soloist, or for any other reason Mr. Metzler would love to play. 

Brass Quintet Announcement for All Brass Players: Mr. Metzler is looking to form a brass quintet that will play at weddings, churches, special events, and at local schools in the Northern Maine region.
